Remodeled and move in ready! We purchased this rig in 2023. We had a professional inspection done before buying it. It was in great shape when we purchased it and we have since upgraded the tires, painted (with quality paints and lots of research on best practices), remodeled for more storage and space, added custom epoxy shower walls and lovely custom sink tops in both bathrooms, added Steady Fast stabilizers, replaced the water pump, etc.

You will love the bright, modern feel in this trailer. Tons of natural light comes through the large windows in the main living area and the upgraded paint scheme elevates the entire space from feeling like a camper to feeling like a home.

This was our home on the road for three months so it has had a proper "shakedown" and we've loved this rig so much! It has been well maintained (we've updated the seals twice, sanitized the water system 2-3 times, and have ran a dehumidifier in it for the majority of the time we've owned it) and we have given it a VERY thorough cleaning so that you can move right in without the headache of having to clean. We are including SO many extras in this sale for your convenience.
